Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. In its original packaging

2. In the same condition as received

3. Not worn, altered, or used

4. Returned within 7 days of delivery

Types of Returns

We offer two types of returns:

1. *Refund*: Receive a full or partial refund for the item.

2. *Exchange*: Exchange the item for a different size, color, or style.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is defective or was sent incorrectly, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

2. Customized or personalized items

3. Items damaged or worn due to customer negligence
